The Stabilization Program is a client-centered program designed to empower families on their journey to and through stability as they return to permanent housing. Using a holistic, strengths-based approach, we build on each family’s unique abilities and resilience while supporting their long-term goals.

Who We Serve

We serve any family dynamic with a minor child. If you’re facing uncertainty about where you’ll stay tonight, or soon, we’re here to walk alongside you. We help families navigate housing crises.

We work with:

  • Families with children

  • Pregnant individuals

  • Single parents

How Stabilization Works

Together, we’ll build an action plan tailored to your needs. 

This includes:

  • Connecting to community resources for food, childcare, employment, and more

  • Landlord tenant course on how to be a positive tenant 

  • Financial Literacy, work on a monthly budget 

  • Case management

  • Continuation of furthering education

  • Maintaining monthly bills

  • Credit improvement

What to Expect

You will be referred to the Stabilization waitlist after you complete a prior program with us. A family advocate will reach out within a week to begin the enrollment process. 

  1. Exit from Prevention, Shelter or Diversion

  2. Referral to our waitlist

  3. Family advocate reaches out

  4. Client and Advocate explore your desired goals 

  5. Work on a step-by-step plan that fits your family’s needs

  6. Connect you to resources
