Kaylee Chojnacki

Case Manager

Kaylee is a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College with a bachelor's in Human Social Services. She has previous experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness as a case manager in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. She is very passionate about empowering others to help reach individual goals and creating new opportunities within the community. In Kaylee's free time, she enjoys volunteering, biking, reading, and spending time with her fiancé, dog, and new kitten.

Kelly Hawkins

Case Manager

Kelly has experience in a variety of human service areas such as advocacy, case management, behavioral therapy, and teaching. Kelly graduated with honors from St. Norbert College and has a bachelor's degree in sociology and human services. She completed a year of her college education in Bolivia and the United Kingdom. Kelly previously worked in South Milwaukee, she speaks both English and Spanish. Kelly enjoys traveling and learning new skills. She enjoys camping and hiking with her family, fiancé, and beloved dog Mr. Tucker.

Lisa LaBorde

Administrative Assistant

Lisa LaBorde joined Family Promise as an Administrative Assistant on March 26, 2021. Prior to this, she held positions involving marketing and administration for Family Promise, Actiontec, Guarantee Digital, and ResearchFirst, Inc.  Lisa is inspired by others who strive to help and improve our community, so she’s truly grateful to join an organization like ours that serves families experiencing homelessness. Lisa enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking, art, music, and golf amongst other things.  She and her husband, John, have one adult daughter and a super-loving golden retriever, Charlie.

Maria Mundt

Program Coordinator

Maria is a graduate of Carroll University with her bachelors in Public Health. She joins family promise as a passionate individual who enjoys helping improve the lives of those in the community and supporting everyone on their unique journey. She is excited to play a role in helping families achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys traveling, doing puzzles and spending quality time with her family.

Mattie Martinez 

Shelter Supervisor

Mattie joins FamilyPromise as a graduate of Waukesha County Technical College with an Associate’s degree in Human Services, and is actively working on her Bachelors degree in Social Work. She is a Washington state native, and has called Waukesha home for the past 10 years. Mattie has a passion for showing kindness and empathy to those in the most need, and and strives to use her lived experience to serve families facing hardships. Mattie and her husband Fernando have a blended family of 5 children, 2 grandchildren, 1 grand kitty, and a kitty roommate. Mattie enjoys Disney/Marvel, staycations, and doing advocacy/volunteer work.

Andrew Nettesheim

Shelter Supervisor

Andrew is a Waukesha native, who brings experience in grassroots organizing and volunteer outreach. Previously a field organizer, Andrew has a passion for community building and advocating for others. He currently resides in West Allis with his kitten, Popcorn. In his free time he enjoys watching the Milwaukee Bucks, listening to music, and drawing.

Joe Nettesheim

Executive Director

Joe joined Family Promise as Executive Director on November 3, 2019.  He brings a commitment to serving those in need and advocating for families who are experiencing homelessness.  Previously he was the Executive Director of the Adult Literacy Center of Ozaukee County and Inspirio Youth Ministries, Inc.  Joe and his wife Maribeth have a blended family of five kids, eleven grandkids and a wise and aging Golden doodle named T.S. Eliot and a highly energetic and crazed poodle named Winston.

Callie Pauc

Case Manager

Callie brings to Family Promise experience serving the homeless population in Waukesha, the passion to witness others work towards and achieve their goals, and to support and uplift those most in need. Callie currently holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology and human services, and is actively working on a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, kayaking, reading, and caring for her new puppy, Ginger.

Courtney Rutkowski

Lead Case Manager

An Illinois native, Courtney has been working in the Waukesha area for over four years. During those four years she has come to develop a love and care for Waukesha. She comes to Family Promise of Waukesha County with a  bachelors and masters degree in Social Work from The University of Wisconsin Whitewater. She has a passion for giving individuals tools and resources for success, and finds joy in helping others. Courtney enjoys outside activities with her two fur babies. She also enjoys crafting and photography.

Kaitlin Wagner

Shelter Supervisor

Kaitlin is  studying for her  Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on mental health. Working for Family Promise provides her an opportunity to gain experience by working with individuals who need assistance or a listening ear. She is  passionate about helping others and being a positive, encouraging guide in their life. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her kids outside or at the park, listening to audio books, drawing, or finding new nature spots to explore with my family.
