Need Help?

Family Promise of Waukesha County has four core programs that provide a comprehensive approach in responding to the needs of financially vulnerable families. We address the issue holistically, providing prevention services before families reach crisis, shelter and case management if they become homeless, and stabilization programs when they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Family with minor children under the age of 18

  • Waukesha County Resident (Prevention)

If you are in need of assistance, please fill out the corresponding contact form under the program that best fits your current needs.  If you have any questions or need help completing this form, please contact us at 262-968-2321.
