STABILIZATION PROGRAM

WHAT IS OUR STABILIZATION PROGRAM?

The Stabilization Program is a client-centered program designed to empower families on their journey to and through stability as they return to permanent housing. Using a holistic, strengths-based approach, we build on each family’s unique abilities and resilience while supporting their long-term goals. The program follows the evidence-based Mobility Mentoring® curriculum developed by EMPath, both of which focus on goal setting, skill building, and increasing access to community support to promote lasting stability. Upon moving home, each family is matched with a dedicated coach to discuss their goals, dreams, and immediate needs, complete the Path to Success Assessment, and begin developing individualized action steps toward success; additional assessments may also be available to further guide planning and progress. To support engagement and reduce barriers, the program may provide financial assistance based on eligibility and availability, as well as gift cards and essential household supplies, helping families meet basic needs while they work toward sustainable stability.
