We are pleased to announce that our new Program Coordinator is Ziera Wilkes. Ziera (pronounced Zaire) will be joining us on February 22. She has a Master’s degree in social work, experience providing case management, training volunteers and planning events. She impressed us with her outgoing personality. Ziera stated, “She has never met a stranger.” Her personality made all of us believe that is true! Her bio states:
Ziera is a thriving individual bringing joy and commitment to Family Promise of Waukesha County. Having obtained her bachelor and master degree in social work, Ziera has an expansive range of experience including social services, customer service, and program development. Ziera is an active duty military spouse with two beautiful bonus children. She enjoys crafting, exercise, and socializing.
Her main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Volunteer recruitment, orientation and scheduling,
Outreach to faith communities, businesses and civic groups to expand our volunteer base
Seminar and Event planning
Maintaining Program Statistics
Program Logistics
