Planning a visit?
Our Day Center is located 139 E. North Street in Waukesha, WI. This is a one-way street heading southwest. When visiting our facility, park in the parking lot behind the building that can be accessed from Brook Street or by using our driveway on the southwest side of the building.

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please use the doorbell on the side entrance of the building.
