EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS
If you or your family are facing homelessness or unsafe housing, reach out before entering shelter. We may be able to help you avoid it altogether.
Through Shelter Diversion, we help families identify immediate, safe alternatives and connect with other resources. If shelter is still needed, our Shelter Program offers a supportive, housing-focused path to stability.
What is it?
We first work with families through Shelter Diversion, helping them avoid entering shelter by finding safe, immediate alternatives to homelessness. If diversion isn’t possible, families are supported through our Shelter Program, which provides a client-centered, community-based path to permanent housing. Our goal is to keep families together and connected to long-term support.
