Emily Willert joined the team at Family Promise of Waukesha County in February of 2026 as the Coordinator of Community Outreach and Fund Development. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Studies from Alverno College, with a focus in psychology and business management. She brings a well-rounded nonprofit background, with experience in grant writing, donor relations, fundraiser event planning, website maintenance, and social media engagement.

Her passion for helping others began early in life when she brought her horse to an assisted living community and interacted with individuals living with dementia. Today, Emily is dedicated to learning the needs of the Waukesha County community and finding ways to make a lasting, positive impact.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time in the arena or on the trails with her horse, hiking with her dogs, and being with family and friends."
