Family Promise 2023 Golf Outing

The Family Promise of Waukesha County Golf Outing presented by Green Bay Packaging will raise funds to help low-income families and families experiencing homelessness achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. We do this by providing shelter and support to families with minor children experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Golfers and non-golfers can join us for the evening program, which includes hors d'oeuvres,  dinner, music, raffle, silent and live auction. It promises to be a fun, informative and important evening to support families in need. 

DATE / SCHEDULE 

•  Monday, July 24, 2023
•  Check-in, warm-up, and lunch 10:00 - 11:45 AM
•  Shot gun start golf at 12 PM 
•  Cocktails & appetizers begin at 4:30
•  Dinner and program to follow

REGISTRATION  

 Registration for golf or just the dinner/program is now open!

•  All are welcome to join in the fun.
•  Registration deadline is Friday, June 30, 2023.
•  Invite friends, family, and co-workers to play
•  No matter your group size or skill, we will match you up.

SPONSOR THE EVENT

• BECOME A SPONSOR to ensure the success of the event and demonstrate your support for families experiencing economic difficulty. 

ENTRY FEES

•  Golfer fee:  $200 per person (note: several sponsorships include golfer registrations)
•  Non-golfer dinner fee:  $55 per person. 

LIMITS

•  100 golfers
•  50 additional non-golfers (to attend the after-outing dinner and program)

GOLFER ENTRY FEE INCLUDES

•  18 holes of golf (scramble format) on a private Donald Ross course
•  Practice range and green available before your round
•  Lunch, complimentary beverages/snacks on the course, hors d'oeuvres, and evening meal
•  Golf contests, evening entertainment, and program
