I am Kaitlin Kelly, the Family Advocate for the Shelter Diversion program at Family Promise in Waukesha County.

I graduated from Dordt University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. I started my career in social work as a case manager in Chicago, IL, serving individuals experiencing homelessness, where I developed a strong passion for empowering others to live fulfilling lives. Before joining Family Promise, I worked as a Behavioral Specialist at Rogers Behavioral Health, supporting individuals with anxiety, OCD, and depression.

Outside of working, I enjoy various outside activities, spending time with my husband, cooking, reading, and playing piano and guitar.
