Sarah serves as Senior Pastor of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. She holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a graduate of the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago. Throughout her career, she has served congregations across Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Wisconsin, and previously held denominational leadership roles with the ELCA, including serving as Associate to the Bishop of the Metropolitan Chicago Synod. Her background combines pastoral ministry with social work expertise, particularly in community outreach and supporting families.  Sarah and her husband, Rev. John Berg, who serves as Associate Pastor at Our Savior's, has two adult daughters and lives in Oconomowoc.
